Mannatech, Inc., Coppell, TX, has entered into a two-year employment agreement with Mr. B. Keith Clark to serve as its senior vice president and general counsel. From 2004 until August 2006, Mr. Clark served as senior vice president and general counsel for Metromedia Restaurant Group.
